Fischi per Fiaschi is an intersectional workshop practice of disorientation and reorientation with the aim of developing positionalities. Guided by a conversation about performativity, this workshop employs a traditional Tuscan technique (impagliatura dei fiaschi) as a gesture of care. 


IRIS PEYNADO is a Dominican-born actress. Throughout her career she has worked with relevant directors and producers in Italian cinema and television including: Luigi Magni, Alberto Lattuada, Ugo Gregoretti, Pasquale Squitieri, Antonello Falqui and Lamberto Bava. She starred in cult films such as Non ci resta che piangere and Attila flagello di Dio. 

BRIANDA MAXCIEL CARRERAS SANTANA (Santo Domingo, 1990), is a Rome-based multidisciplinary artist. In her artistic practice she explores Dominican Afrotaino culture, using the Black body as a filter, sign, archive and legacy. With a degree in Contemporary Dance, and in Audiovisual Communication and a master’s degree in Dramaturgy and Screenwriting at Silvio D’Amico, she has collaborated with international artists such as Silvia Calderoni, Ilenia Caleo, Emilia Verginelli, Michele Rizzo, Dora Garcìa, Wolfgang Prinz, Michel Gholam, Nadia Beugré, Andreco, Bob Kil, Nina Beier, and Walé Oyéjidé.
